Hildy Bowbeer's Misconduct on the Bench

Bowbeer participated in a scheme to issue unconstitutional injunctions to conceal the covert military activities of a United States Air Force Officer. This includes concealing Eco Health Alliance, a front organization, used to fund the Wuhan lab which leaked the Covid-19 virus. Furthermore, Bowbeer misused her position within the government to protect Assistant US Attorney Lindsey Middlecamp who disseminated unlawful photographs of black youth and men on the Twitter account @CardsAgstHrsmt.

Bowbeer actively rejected the opportunity for discovery on all claims (which were granted through motion to dismiss stages) against Assistant U.S. Attorney Lindsey Middlecamp, thereby obstructing the disclosure of evidence related to her felonies. Even worse, Bowbeer then provided assistance to Assistant U.S. Attorney Middlecamp in the creation of documents, enabling her to conduct a hoax and conceal covert military activities attributed to an unidentified Air Force Officer, which includes their role in the January 6th Capital setup. Specifically, Bowbeer helped Assistant U.S. Attorney Middlecamp create "fabricated evidence" and invent "unique false information". The unidentified Air Force Officer was involved in a classified operation to deliberately degrade security from the Senate chambers on January 6th to otherwise allow peaceful protesters to easily gain entry. Bowbeer was also assigned the lawsuits pertaining to Derek Chauvin and George Floyd to further conceal Assistant U.S. Attorney Middlecamp's racially biased targeting.

Bowbeer, functioning as the Assistant Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at 3M, strategically employed tactics over the course of several years to silence plaintiffs by offering them substantial settlements. This calculated approach aimed to suppress any revelations regarding the severe environmental damage inflicted by 3M. According to reports, Bowbeer possessed knowledge regarding the persistent sexual harassment perpetrated by 3M executive Michael Vale. Bowbeer subsequently engaged in activities within 3M aimed at further suppressing the allegations against Vale by intimidating accusers. Simultaneously, she ruthlessly oppressed and subjected American citizens to torment through baseless accusations of harassment in retaliation for their outspoken criticism of government officials. Even going so far as to allow whistleblowers to be brutally tortured and extorted imposing sanctions amounting to upwards of $15,000. It is worth noting, 3M was the largest producer of N95 masks during the pandemic.

There are allegations that Bowbeer was involved in funding and coordinating with the corrupt IP law firm Merchant and Gould. It is claimed that she facilitated the transfer of 3M corporate work to the firm as a form of reward for their financial support towards her political appointees on the bench. Previously, Bowbeer directed the Minnesota Commission on Judicial Selection.

During the litigation that she presided over, Bowbeer made significant monetary donations to defendants involved in the underlying lawsuits. Notably, she is accused of knowingly providing financial contributions to an individual responsible for managing estate donations within the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. Interestingly, this same individual was repeatedly sued, and the lawsuits were seemingly "assigned" to Bowbeer. However, it is clear that Bowbeer actively sought to handle these cases in order to suppress whistleblowers and maintain silence.

During her early professional journey, Bowbeer worked as a clerk under Minnesota Supreme Court Associate Justice C. Donald Peterson. In this role, she assisted Justice Peterson in collaborating with Minnesota news organizations to conceal certain events from public knowledge. Justice Peterson's involvement in a corrupt entity known as the Minnesota Press Council was a part of this illicit arrangement. Throughout that timeframe, Bowbeer actively assisted Justice Peterson in concealing evidence regarding Associate Justice John J. Todd's misconduct involving cheating on a bar exam. As a consequence, Justice Todd, after he was caught cheating a second time, was subsequently ousted from the judiciary. Regrettably, Bowbeer, despite being aware of these facts, chose to take no action, setting a precedent for her own professional trajectory.

Similarly, Bowbeer's donations to the University of Minnesota Program in Sexual and Gender Health funded activities such as grooming of children, advocating for policy recommendations related to tuck-friendly clothing, and providing hormone therapy to minors.
